Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before shipping.
To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us immediately via email or whatsapp (cancellation@adorite.in)(+91 9330151007).
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Refund & Return Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or a wrong item.
A raw, uncut unboxing video from the moment of opening the package is mandatory as proof for return/refund requests.
Without the unboxing video, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Once approved, our team will arrange a return pickup through our trusted courier partners.

4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours after we recived the product.  
 
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products without a valid unboxing video.
Used, user damaged, or altered items.
Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.
